My name is Abby Rose and I’ve been a licensed Massage Therapist since February of 2020. I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institution where I studied for a year in a wide range of modalities including but not limited to:
- Reflexology
- Myofascial Release
- Thai Massage
- Sports Massage
- Trigger Point
- Swedish
- Hot Rocks
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Headache/Migraine Relief
In addition to working as a massage therapist, I’m also certified in personal training. I’ve always had an interest in anatomy and holistic ways to improve our health. I’d love to assist in your body’s natural healing process.
In my spare time I enjoy being in nature, playing with my animals and cooking with my family.
